Projektbeschreibung
Candidates wishing to apply must have previous experience of either working in a Call Centre or providing telephone support to customers. However, it is not necessary for candidates to be IT experts as training will be given. The Customer Support Analyst will be required to handle approximately 80 incoming calls per day which will mainly be dealing with password resets. Any more complex calls will be escalated to the IT Technical Teams to resolve.
