Operating since 2007, our client is in a high-growth phase, and is currently seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST to join their service desk team.
The Customer Support Analyst plays an important role working in a multi-stakeholder environment to respond to user requests and work with the broader support team on process improvement and standardisation of tools and procedures.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- SIGNIFICANT DEMONSTRABLE EXPERIENCE SUPPORTING ONLINE SOLUTIONS IN A CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPACITY
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A SUPPORT ROLE WITH INVOLVEMENT IN PROCESS AND SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in IT support
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience liaising with external and internal vendors and stakeholders
