One of the world's leading providers of wall, roof and landscaping products is currently looking to recruit a Customer Support Advisor on a maternity cover contract. As part of a busy Customer Support Department and assisting the Area Managers, you would be responsible for providing outstanding customer care to both internal and external customers, dealing with daily enquiries and complaints, handling all calls confidently, efficiently and accurately and contributing to the department's overall success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an intelligent and flexible individual to develop their career within a dynamic market leading business. The role is on a maternity cover contract, hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be educated to at least GCSE level with good IT skills and strong knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Previous customer service experience within the building industry and use of SAP software would be extremely advantageous. Drive and enthusiasm to build good customer relationships, meet targets and deadlines are pre-requisites as is the ability to work as part of a team.

As well as being able to work calmly under pressure and without direct supervision, you will possess excellent attention to detail, be conscientious, but more importantly be flexible, reliable, and have a positive can do attitude and excellent telephone manner.
