Projektbeschreibung

DESCRIPTION:

- Under the direction of the Sales Operations Managers, support the Business Development Managers for US based customers and in-market distributors around the world.
- Administer customer set-up, price lists, monthly customer sales reports, monitor status of orders, follow up with Supply Chain and credit departments and communicate with customers on important issues during high season period.
- Review company's sales, marketing and accounts receivable processes and compares current data to historical information.

Secure documentation requirements for Customer Master File set up for all new customers and ensure accuracy of inputs.
- Manage and initiate new product set-up and determine Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) in coordination with Market Managers, Business Support and Pricing department.
- Direct contact for troubleshooting any Order to Cash issues and coordinating information flow between distributors and functional groups as: pricing assistant, documentation specialists, claim specialists, regulatory, consumer response, demand planning and Accounts Receivable. Logged all issues and followed up to ensure closure for the distributors.
- Coordination of replacement items with CSC's to ensure that they were substituted at order entry until quarterly price lists could be updated.
- Sent new item information to customers once approved. Coordinated samples or label artwork if needed for customers to present to trade.
- Follow up PDR process with functional groups and attended weekly PCM meeting to track PDR, notified pricing when new items were approved to have pricing loaded to customers.
- Maintain close communications with Pricing/Master Files to ensure changes, deletions, etc. are completed and maintained as required. Issue exception prices for trade deals and obtain approvals as requested by market managers. Obtain data regarding new products, prepare prices and obtain approvals.
- Collected product label copy when required by regulatory and filed. Collected shipping documents or warehouse withdrawal data from distributors when required by control group. Collected proof of compliance from customers that did their own regulatory review and filed authorization as back up.
- Assist in obtaining samples and/or preparing sample shipments and managed deliver to correct US or overseas address.

Manage order status log with Supply Chain Customer Sales Coordinators and advise market managers for resolution on held orders and pending issues. - Prepare suggested pricing templates and coordinate collection of input cost from distributor, freight forwarder etc.
- Arrange to combine POS shipments with product shipments. Coordinate between POS rep and CSC. Also obtain verification from customer required by control group to validate receipt of POS.
- Obtain timely input from customers to forecast for dedicated export products. Provide customers with planning calendars for each of the dedicated items and communicate any changes to demand planning.
- Manage order status logs with supply chain customer service and accounts receivable, and advise market managers for resolution on held order and pending issues.
- Manage claims, credits, debit memos, draft and all administrative functions along company guidelines. Investigate all pricing and marts approved claims and inform supply chain CSC of findings so that credit can be processes.

- Import/export process involves interaction with Export Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, Export Accounting, Pricing and Demand Planning.
- All products sold are sourced from multiple inter-company sources, which require strong linkage and communication in order to meet customers product needs.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 4 years in customer service, sales and export logistics, which includes some management experience.
- Candidate should have experience managing people (group of 2-3 persons) in a professional level.
- Candidate should have proven experience in solving issues with product licensing and processes within Latin America (documentation availability).
- Should work independently and be comfortable having remote supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or accounting, Logistics or related field.
- Complete understanding of Order to cash operation, international transportation, execute portfolio management skills.
- Experience working with and developing third party distributors (2 years of experience in distributor and key account management preferred.)
- Experience in Import/Export Logistics.
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiating forecast and sales objectives with customers, as per standards.
- Strong analytical, computer and organizational skills.
- Creativity and customer focus.
- Professional maturity.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Excel Expert (V-Look up, Pivot Tables).
