Candidates must have experience of leading customer side of change (CSoC) activity within the financial services/banking sector. You will be required to assess all change, identify key customer segments impacted and develop customer journeys to fully assess end to end customer experience.
You will also be expected to understand change landscapes for key segment areas to help business units prepare for change; manage project impacts through the customer side of change process. You will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to ensure the customer agenda is maintained throughout the life cycle, acting as the voice of the customer.
