CUSTOMER SIDE OF CHANGE (CSOC) - CUSTOMER JOURNEYS - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BANKING

A leading FS company based in London is seeking a Customer Side of Change Analyst to develop customer propositions via a digital channel.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Proposition development - identifying customer needs; developing a Digital offering with core customer-facing channels
- Customer impact assessments - customer experience statements; complaints analysis; media/regulatory/reputational appraisal, treating Customers fairly
- Customer treatment plans - working with Group Marketing, Legal, Compliance and the Business to identify the treatments necessary and develop solutions
- Business acceptance - demonstrable experience of 'selling' propositions to a senior stakeholder community

Experience with Customer journeys and focus on customer experience within the project is essential. To be considered for this role, please submit your CV in application.
