CUSTOMER SIDE OF CHANGE (CSOC) - CUSTOMER JOURNEY - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

A leading FS company based in Bristol is seeking a Customer Side of Change to work on a group wide project whose activity is critical in optimising how change is accepted across the programme, in order to protect the customer experience and brand reputations.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Impact assess and drive mitigation of the impacts customers will experience from the As-Is position to the desired End-State
- Embed and support delivery of CSOC process by each project manager for all low and medium-impact projects, including quality assurance of the CSOC methodology
- Developing customer journeys to fully assess end to end customer experience
- Acting as the voice of the customer
