CUSTOMER SIDE OF CHANGE ANALYST (CSOC) - BANKING - BRISTOL - £265 PER DAY

A leading retail bank requires an experienced CSOC Analyst to work within it's ongoing Customer Side Of Change components programme in order to deliver the components onto the online channel.

You will be responsible for supporting the Project Manager in targeting specific customers who currently use the branch and are migrating their activity to online channels.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

- Detail and document the CSOC impacts
- Define and document the customer treatment strategies
- Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change for all initiatives
- Feed into and critique the Customer communications
- Support the PIOC (people impact of change)/communications work streams identifying interdependencies
- Reporting progress

Manage stakeholders

- TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE WORKED ON A SIMILAR PROJECT WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES/BANKING AND CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:
- Must be experienced in Customer Side of Change and communications and marketing campaigns
- Work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills - written and oral.
