Managing a Backoffice Customer Service Team within Corporate Benefits (Pensions, Auto-Enrolment)
The Customer Services Teams are focused on Back Office work stream, managing data/MI/Administration/logs etc.
The team manager will manage the team and Work flow management and be able to prioritise tasks across team. General team management and ability to keep team 'moving' avoiding delays in process.
Ideally you will be able to read data and MI, analyse to make decisive decisions eg Does MI show specific trends/what needs to be actioned off the back of these etc.
