Customer Services Rep - Inbound and Outbound exp

My client is currently looking to recruit an accomplished Customer Services Representative with previous Inbound and Outbound experience, for a 9 month contracts initially, Speke Liverpool based.

Role:
*Customer Service Excellence - Process customer orders, queries accurately, efficiently and in a professional manner.
*Ensure compliance of all internal and external policies, procedures and regulations
*Sell my clients products with knowledge and confidence and constantly seek ways of improving the overall contribution to the Customer Services team to UK Commercial Operations

Accountabilities:
*Receiving incoming customer telephone calls and processing orders via telephone, fax or email.
*Ensuring paper work and departmental sales data is up to date.
*Achieve departmental KPIs, including revenue recognition items
*Communication with distributors/customers to ensure accurate and timely order/delivery.
*Up selling activities against inbound sales.
*Collaborative working with designated Key Account Manager.
*Manage defined group of customer accounts, including monitor order patterns, increase sales.
*Accurate timely recording of reports

Essential Skills:
*Educated at A level or equivalent
*Good working knowledge of Excel
*Excellent administration skills
*Excellent Customer service skills
*Experience in a Customer Service telephone role, preferably both inbound & outbound.
*Experience of working in a busy and pressurized department
*Proven track record of building relationships with customers
*Previous Finance background, in particular Sarbanes-Oxley is also an advantage
*SAP experience also advantage
