Customer Services Manager

Job Title: Customer Services Manager (Maternity Cover)
Location: Ringmer, East Sussex
Salary: Circa 19,000 per Annum

Our client urgently need a Customer Services Manager to cover a key role, during a period of maternity leave. The role is available from the end of October for 6-12 months. The working days are Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and alternate weekends.

In this role your responsibilities will include designing the Customer Services standards for them, working closely with senior managers and staff; following through with an implementation plan, including customer services training. In addition, you will lead on the sale of pet goods from their Customer Services Reception, manage the reception service and deliver the regular reporting processes on re-homing animals at Raystede, with the associated financial data. It is a wonderful place to work, close to Ringmer, where they re-home more than 1500 animals a year and provide sanctuary for many more.
