Projektbeschreibung

The role holder will be responsible for building and sustaining business relationships with customers by interfacing with internal colleagues and the customer to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

Role Responsibilities:

*Respond to, and initiate communications with internal and external customers to elicit all necessary information, ensuring customer needs are met

*Own customers' issues internally to ensure the requirements are delivered within agreed time-scales and to specification

*Produce and use reports to enable the monitoring and actioning of team / sales activity, to ensure that customer needs and business objectives are met

*Assist in the induction training and development of new team members in order to enhance team capability

*Proactively make recommendations to improve quality and customer care standards within the business

Experience and Personal Attributes Required:

*Experience in a customer service role to include face to face, telephony and written customer communication

*Experience in a call centre environment

*Educated to GSCE / O level standard

*Good attention to detail

*Highly resilient

In order to be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in the UK and hold a valid work visa if applicable

Salary: £17000 - £17500 per annum + Benefits. Date posted: 25/02/2013
