Loganair wish to recruit a temporary Customer Services Agent to cover maternity leave to be based at Islay Airport.
Duties include:
Dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone
Checking in flights
Meeting and greeting passengers to and from the aircraft and any other duties requested by the base Supervisor.
Candidates should be:
PC literate
Good telephone manner
Previous experience in customer services preferred however training will be provided.
