WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?
Our client has opened a new office in Finland in order to service their Nordic customers more effectively, it has been set up recently and fits perfectly within the strategy to strengthen their core activities to become a successful European company within the Cards- and Payments industry. The new office is located in Helsinki (Finland).
THE DEPARTMENT
Customer Services department consists of 5 operational teams which deliver service to our customers and to the clients of our customers. The department has the ambition to be leading within the client's in the field of customer services, with the aim to exceed customer expectations. The last few years the department has implemented a large number of programs with the focus on operational excellence and the LEAN-methodology .
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- As a Customer Services Agent You will be part of the team responsible for executing day to day customer services activities
- You handle adequately and on time our clients service request by listening, asking probing questions and determining the cause of the issue
- You provide service to our client and answer their questions and inquiries by phone, e-mail and via other media in Finnish, Swedish and English.
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a person with positive and enthusiastic mindset to join us to be a part of our new customer services team in Helsinki. You have experience on customer services, preferably in contact centre environment. You have understanding of cards business including dispute process. You are a flexible and independent person with good IT skills (MS Office). This is an ideal role for a person who is willing to learn and develop her-/himself. In addition you have excellent oral and written communication skills in Finnish, English and Swedish.
