Customer Services Advisor/Retail/Contract/Immediate Start

CUSTOMER SERVICES/CRM/FIXED TERM CONTRACT UNTIL CHRISTMAS/IMMEDIATE START/BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

Capita are urgently seeking and experienced Customer Services/Helpdesk Support Assistant, for an initial two month fixed term contract. This position will be working for a very well know retailer, located in Buckinghamshire.

You must obtain strong experience working within a customer services and helpdesk environment, providing both telephonic and email support. Ideally you will have previous retail experience, dealing with and resolving customer complaints, assisting customers with their product search and be able to manager payment and order processing systems. You must have previous experience with CRM Systems, basic IT knowledge, be comfortable working within stressful situations and be a logical thinker.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

- Experience working within a Customer Services environment
- Basic IT knowledge, previous Helpdesk experience
- Solid CRM understanding - Access would be preferable
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail experience would be a high advantage.

This position will be paid pro rata and you will be entitled to in-store discount and free onsite parking. Working hours will be on a rota basis working from 8am-8pm, with weekend work also.
