Kent based Call Centre Customer Service Advisors required for an immediate start

Based: Bexley, Kent
Salary: £10.85 per hour plus holiday pay
Start: Immediate
Length: 6 Weeks initially with possible extensions

Resourcing Group is currently recruiting temporary Customer Service Advisors to work with a client based in Bexley, Kent.

This position is full time temporary for 6 weeks initially, working a total of 35 between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday as well as 9am to 1pm on occasional Saturdays.

Role Profile:
You will be responsible for answering enquires from residents and other internal and external providers about Housing Management or Maintenance issues so experience in delivering excellent customer service in a demanding environment is essential.

Responsibilities :
*Work within a high volume contact centre, providing a high quality telephone based customer service to tenants, dealing with housing management and maintenance calls and emails.
*Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. eg Residents, leaseholders, contractors
*Investigate customer queries/complaints over the phone to determine the urgency of the query

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. It is essential to have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills (ideally within social housing) and previous experience of a target focused high volume telephone contact environment is desirable.
