Working for a well-known company within their IT Department you will be providing 1st line support to users on the Service Desk where you will be logging IT calls and escalating more complicated issues to the on-site engineers. This position would suit someone from the following backgrounds either IT qualified, customer services experience, previous Service Desk/IT experience, Support Experience or looking to develop their career in IT.
This position will pay £12 - £15 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella) or £10.00 - £12.00 (higher end with experience and lower end without experience).
