URGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICES ROLE - NEWCASTLE UNDER LYME- 6 MONTHS CONTRACT

Allegis Global Solutions are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M&IB (Markets and International Banking)

Below is a list of the main tasks the CSA needs to focus on.

Be able to interact with the client in fluent business English (oral and written)

Execute the standard processes in client service within the defined timeframe

Possess a desire to provide the highest quality service

Be dedicated to own, track, predict and solve a client issue no matter what subsequent parties are involved and therefore know the requirements and contacts of these parties

Establish good working relationship with other units within and outside client service

Acting as a member of the Dedicated Service Team (DST)

Handle workload for all possible delivery channels like email, telephone and OCS.

You log complaints and make sure follow up is done according to procedure

Acts as the first point of contact for all client service contacts

Ensures that the service levels relevant to client service are adhered to

Analyses and investigates client service requests, assesses the urgency and sensitivity of enquiries and prioritises them accordingly.Please apply ASAP if you have any customer services experiennce.
