A household Insurance company is looking recruit a Customer Services Team Leader for an initial period of 6-12 months with a view to go permanent thereafter. The business is looking for candidates whose leadership experience is non-retail and ideally comes from a a purely admin/office background.

Key duties:

Conducting 121's
Leading a team of 10 plus
Driving performances - both individually and as a team
Responsible for training and development - following a set framework
Leading as opposing to managing the team

Skill sets:

Team leadership experience ideally from a finance admin background and not retail
Able to lead a team of over 10
Able to manage performance and drive activity
Analytical and organised
Financial background would be a beneficial not essential
Able to demonstrate dealing with difficult situations with compassion
Resilient
Able to performance managed
Identify training needs
