We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Call Centre Team Lead to join our client team on a Temp to Perm basis.
Hourly rate: £14.50 Perm going onto a 6 month FTC, if suitable.
(Perm Salary £28,343 pro Rate for 6 months, plus benefits)

We are looking for someone who has worked in a Call Centre/Customer service environment in a supervisor capacity

Role will involve:-

Managing a team of approximately 12-15
Candidate need to be able to relate, ensure business and peoples needs meet.
Demonstrate good experience in a similar environment
Ideally someone who has worked in a call centre environment.
