Customer Service Support (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Provide support in logistic department
- Prepare proforma invoice and certificate of transit
- Daily management of CETA process and develop the implementation of CETA
- Guaranty that all shipping documents agreed as part of CETA are  well available for logistic partner at each shipment
- Propose daily improvement concerning data consolidation, data control
- Issue resolution and management of internal/external training to guaranty perfect compliancy of inbound and outbound logistic

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good knowledge of CETA agreement
- Perfectly fluent in English and French
- Experience in a same position
- Good knowledge of logistic and transportation regulations
- Attention to detail
- Pro active and autonomous
- Strong analytical skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office and ERP
