IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Receipt of customer orders, review of all terms and conditions
-Ensure close follow-up on orders until delivery
-Manage blocked orders, delivery dates, backorders
-Issue of commercial invoices, proforma invoices for tenders and quotations, credit notes, commissions and freight invoices
-Organize/assist warehouses, DCs and transportation for export of shipments
-Support various departments in prioritizing orders
-Customer complaint handling
-Establish and maintain customer parameters in the ERP and on documents
-Coordinate product and price set-up / updates
-Create all interfaces between SAP and all other systems (coupa, successfactors, ...)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Profound knowledge in International Customer Service/order processing/trading operations with increasing levels of responsibility
-Expertise in LC and Tender order flows
-Fluency in English (writing and speaking); German/French skills are of advantage
-Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with geographically or functionally dispersed teams
-Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
-Ability to handle urgent and unforeseen requests
-Deal and satisfy diverse sets of internal and external stakeholders
-Competent in Outlook, Word, Excel and experienced user in order processing in an ERP system (e.g. SAP, AS400, Oracle, …)
