Customer Service Specialist wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Further education in export or international customer service
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience within an international customer service
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French and German would be an advantage
Your tasks:
- Receipting customer orders as well as reviewing all terms and conditions, including price and order entry and order processing according to existing customer contracts
- Managing blocked orders, delivery dates, backorders and making sure to keep customers informed at all times
- Issuing commercial invoices, proforma-invoices for tenders and quotations, credit notes, commissions and freight invoices
- Organising/assisting warehouses and transportation for export of shipments as well as constant follow-up until the delivery to the customer
- Coordinating product and price updates as well as dealing with Customer complaints
- Establishing and maintaining Customer parameters in the ERP and on documents
