DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service/Sales Coordinator. Work-from-home, inbound calls only. Positions available nationwide.

Are you looking for a work from home opportunity or would you like to be your own boss? Do you enjoy talking to people? NexRep is looking for energetic work-at-home professionals to take incoming sales calls. You will be reading from a script that describes the product to persuade the customers to make a purchase. These customers know the product or service and want to buy when they call you. These are mostly nutritional supplements with the occasional good or service.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

- At NexRep, you'll be an independent contractor, not an employee. There are many advantages to this, including the ability for you to choose when you will provide service.
- Unlike other companies that provide work-from-home opportunities, you will not just be a number in a report. From your initial phone assessment through certification to live calls and chats, NexRep's experienced, professional staff provides the personalized support that will enable you to reach your full potential.

DUTIES

- Influences customers to buy a product or service
- Upselling the customer on the quantity or supply of the product they are purchasing
- Operating telephone equipment, dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies
- Documents transactions by completing purchase forms
- Maintains quality service by following NexRep service levels

EQUIPMENT NEEDED

- USB Noise-cancelling headset
- High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 1.0 Mbps
- A Windows or Mac computer with the following:
- Ability to read Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PDF documents
- Memory minimum of 1.0 GB
- Was purchase within the last 5 years

HOURS AND INVOICING:

- This call type is open 24/7
- Contractors make their own schedule to take calls in 2 hour blocks, within the hours of operation.
- Contractors can customize when they provide service each week to fit their needs

Invoicing is commission plus an hourly base for your available time.

- Invoicing is by the minute for your talk time or you receive a flat rate based on supply sold. There is additional commission for upselling and third party offers.
- The typical agent invoices $12-15 an hour, with the best invoicing over $25
- Contractors who provide service for 20 hours a week or more have the highest invoices
