JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our group supports participant accident claim Examiners. Our job is to handle all phone calls coming into the department to keep them from going to the Examiners, so they can process claims. On the average, there are 4,500 calls handled per month. Under limited supervision, processes incoming orders. Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature. Tasks require some judgment.

SKILLS:

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Typically requires a High School education, or equivalent and 2-4 years experience.
- 1-2 years call center experience.
- Claims.
- Customer Service.
- Data Entry.
- Phone Skills.
- Problem Solving.
- Typing.
- Verbal Communication.
