Customer Service Reps (40 Positions/15 Bilingual Needed)

PURPOSE OF JOB:

To provide quality and accurate customer service to our customers

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accurately receive, process and enter into system all types of incoming orders via phone, fax, or other

2. My Answer all incoming or make outgoing calls

3. Maintain positive relationships with customers

4. Communicate product lines and promotional opportunities to our customers

5. Report accurate delivery dates and order status to customers

6. Using system tools, validate inventory availability to provide accurate information to the customer

7. Communicate customer issues to management

8. Process qualified breakage claims

10. Performs additional duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrated exceptional Customer Service skills

2. Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle detailed work in a fast-paced environment

3. Must possess ability to multi-task while managing constant interruptions

4. Strong interpersonal skills which demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and prove ability to work in a team environment.

5. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to stay focused.

6. Ability to follow-up on items or tasks without constant supervision.

7. Critical thinking skills to assist in problem solving with little to no errors

8. Possess highly proficient PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and general PC navigation

9. Physical ability to stand and/or walk frequently

10. Physical ability to occasionally bend/stoop, kneel, crouch, and squat
