Customer Service Represntative Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warrendale, PA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with export customers
- Working with freight forwarders, global logistics compliance and customs documentation
- Understanding of complete export process, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Enter manual and/or electronic orders within client ERP system (EBPCsincluding alternative solutions.-
- Work with client/customer appointed Freight Forwarders
- Work with Client Global Affiliates (ie Hong Kong, Japan, Netherlands, etc.)
- Identify areas and ways for improving data, streamlining processes, as well as improving reporting efficiencies and accuracies

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree
- Prior domestic or international export experience required
- Working with freight forwarders, global logistics compliance, customs documentation
- Understanding of complete export process, etc.
- Strong computer skills
