Projektbeschreibung
- daily communication with customers via heavy phone and e-mail contact regarding inquiries/requests with a requirement to determine appropriate solutions and responses;
- daily processing and review or orders through manual and electronic means; cross-functional communication with support departments such as transportation and warehousing;
- execution of mid to high-level account management to meet customer requirements;
- provision of accurate product technical support to direct customers, sales, end users/consumers, and specifiers for inquiries relative to product application or characteristics.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will posses excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and changing environment, the analytic capability to perform detailed problem resolution, and the aptitude to learn product technical information relative to the lighting industry. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year direct customer service experience
- High school diploma
Desired but not Required:
- 2-5 years contact center experience a plus
- AS or BA preferred
- Intermediate to Expert level Excel proficiency
- Bi-lingual proficiency in French and/or Spanish
