Projektbeschreibung
The role of the CSR (Spain) is for a leading special chemicals organization. Dordrecht area, max 2.200 euros gross per month, full time employment only, start is as soon as possible.
The main tasks of the Customer support representative:
- Daily contact with customers and the factory
- Generating and following up of quotations
- Order processing
- Advising customers on price, delivery and product related questions
- Liaising between customers and the different disciplines in the factory (planning, design, production, dispatch, accounts)
- Handling quality issues
Required skills for the csr:
- Fluent in Spanish, English. (Candidates who speak Portuguese and Dutch as well, will be preferred)
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and problem solving skills
- Experience with MS Office and SAP
- 1 - 2 years of working on customer service department (B2B)
- Strong team worker
- Available 32 - 40 hrs per week
Educational level: Minimum MBO / commercial
