IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure high quality customers service
-Act as one of the primary contacts to customers by being the first point of contact for order processing, material availability and other order related questions
-Operational responsible for day-to-day activities in customer support
-Work closely with external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of all orders
-Contribute by being actively involved to resolve supply issues by effective coordination and communication in close cooperation with all parties involved
-Support internal and external audits (incl. health authority inspections) and help establishing and updating the relevant documentation
-Comply with internal and local government regulations, guidelines and procedures

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Proven customer service experience in the pharmaceutical environment
-Fluent in German, very good French knowledge and good English skills
-Very good skills and experience in using SAP (Comet) ERP system
-Ability to think conceptually, while being accurate and keeping a good eye on details
-A strong customer focused mentality combined with excellent communication skills
-Profound knowledge of GDP - Good Distribution Practices (according to applicable EU guideline) as well as of divisional and local Standard Operation Procedures
