Our client is one of the most known companies in the field of call center and customer services, and they are offering an opportunity to work with them, as a customer service representative. Job Role

The Customer Service Representative handle all calls that occur after the initial sale. These calls will include customers checking order status and back order status, inquiring about a return or simple warranty information, and canceling line items and orders.
This is the first level of training and responsibility in the customer service department. It consists of new hires in their first 6 months of employment. These employees will do both classroom and hands on training. In the latter part of the training they will be on the phone and we will direct less difficult calls to them to give them time to become familiar with our procedures. A test will be given at the end of training. Required Skills

Must successfully complete the Customer Service training course.

Basic computer skills, to include typing, Internet, and database entry.

Strong communication skills and good judgement are essential.

Ability to display problem solving skills.

Ability to conduct themselves in a professional and customer friendly manner at all times.

Good work ethic and able to handle a fast paced work atmosphere.

Willingness to learn and study about our product lines that we carry. (In House Training will be provided)
