CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Exton, Pennsylvania.

- Customer service
- Telephone and Computer skills
- Written and verbal skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Respond to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.
- May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
- Monitor the resolution process to ensure other departments follow through on requests.
- Cross-referencing color codes and information, to retrieve our color formulas using various systems specifically designed for this purpose.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance, color assessment and color adjustment recommendations (using provided chip books & color decks) are also part of the day to day job responsibility.
- Provide product Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) information
- Utilize written communications for reply to 'Contact Us' Internet request,
- Perform data input into SalesForce.com of customer inquiries and issues and contact with product platform managers for assistance with various issues.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School Diploma
- Two (2) plus years of customer service experience
- Experience providing technical telephone support (ideal candidate will have experience with automotive collision paint/materials)
- Computer proficiency
