THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS A YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Knowledge in basic MS Office skills
- Good verbal and written skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Basic math skill
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
- Customer Service Representative that can service up to 100 calls a day
- Service incoming customer/broker calls in a busy call center environment (60 - 100 calls per day)
- Process various requests for a variety policies
- Demonstrate strong customer service verbal and written skills
- Handle calls in a timely yet efficient manner
- Meet established departmental service and quality assurance metrics
WHAT THE YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE (QUALIFICATIONS):
- Required an active Property/Fire & Casualty license
-.*MUST BE Bilingual in Spanish*
- Minimum of two (2) years customer service experience specializing with Personal Lines Insurance, preferably in call center environment

- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demand.
