CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in VANCOUVER, WA.

- Quickly resolve customer concerns
- Successfully handle customer calls to resolution
- Proactively sell products and services

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Professionally handle customer requests including changes to customer records, credits, payments, additions of service/products and billing inquiries
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in one call
- Observe customer behavior during call handling process for disconnection risks
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics established for a billing agent
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services during customer interactions

- ABILITY TO PRIORITIZE, ORGANIZE, AND MULTI-TASK EFFECTIVELY
- ABILITY TO UTILIZE PROBLEM-SOLVING TECHNIQUES
- ABILITY TO PERFORM JOB AT WORK STATION FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME, USING A HEADSET
- ABILITY TO USE PERSONAL COMPUTER AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO INPUT AND RETRIEVE INFORMATION
- ABILITY TO LISTEN AND INTERPRET THE NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER
- ABILITY TO PERFORM MODERATELY COMPLEX MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS
- ABILITY TO READ, WRITE, AND SPEAK THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE WITH EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, IN PERSON, ON PHONE AND BY WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS IN A CLEAR, STRAIGHT-FORWARD AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER
- 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
