- Electrical background/experience
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Performing monitoring of various email inbox(es) for customer requests and subsequently creating cases/opportunities to drive workflow to appropriate team members.
- Learn to quote small ITO projects consisting of spare parts and RMA requests.
- What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Basic Electrical Knowledge (Associates in Electrical Engineering preferred) or Business Management
- Previous experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Previous experience with call center work flows (case management)
- Previous customer service experience (ability to interface with customers)
