CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in TREMONT, IL.

WHAT WILL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE BE DOING:

- Field calls requesting information on products as it relates to sales and quoting from customers, dealers, and our internal sales team.
- Perform various tests on Precision Planting products against competitor's products to generate data for marketing department.
- Respond to inquiries and call-back requests placed on the on-line ticket system during office hours as well as during the after-hours rotation.
- Assist in the set-up and preparation (up to 2 months in advance) of Precision Planting summer conferences.

WHAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDS TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong writing skills. Evidence of creativity.
- Positive Attitude & Highly Motivated.
- Basic mechanical skills and knowledge
- Flexible to adapt as priorities change
