Customer Service Representative Job

ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

What you'll be doing:
- These representatives qualify, handle or route inquiries (phone/web) related to sales, marketing and technical requests.
- Representatives qualify, record and relay information to assist with future business relationships with the client. Representatives must maintain strict confidentiality.
- Representatives manage outbound telephone projects utilizing scripts from various businesses to solicit information regarding surveys, launches of new products, webinars, follow up to trade shows, etc.
- This also may include contacting customers to follow up when they have not purchased from the client for a period of time.
- This position delivers lead management via the tool Salesforce.com from initial inquiry to closure (as defined by business-specific inquiry to close process) in Corporate Customer Care encompassing all businesses.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- This position is an entry level position and the client is only looking for recent college graduates with degrees in Marketing, Business, Communications etc. and less than two (2) years of experience. Strong telephone skills.
- Strong written customer correspondence skills. Experience in proactive outbound calling projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel®, Word® and PowerPoint®.
- Strong web navigation skills.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management database; Salesforce.com preferred.
