Customer Service Representative Job

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED for a SIX (6 +) month OPPORTUNITY with Yoh's client located in Surprise, AZ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for delivering services involving utility billing and collections, office and field customer service, reporting, and related areas.
- Responsible for knowing and following internal procedures and controls in place regarding the utility billing and collection process, daily verification of billing information within applicable systems, and recognition of cash.
- Responsible for the effective and timely resolution of customer inquiries, and for supporting applicable improvements to ensure satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong customer service and telephone sales skills.
- Strong organization, communication and problem-resolution skills. Ability to present information or respond to inquiries from groups of managers, associates, customers and contractors.
- Skill utilizing on-line internal systems and web-based software preferred; aptitude to learn these skills quickly may be acceptable.
- Proficient typing skills. Proficiency utilizing MS Office applications and Lotus Notes.
- Ability to continuously improve customer service skills and systems knowledge and ability to handle difficult calls and avoid escalation whenever possible.
- Two (2) years experience in related business environment, and/or an acceptable combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated typing and software skills.
