CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Parlin, NJ.

- Microsoft Excel®/PowerPoint®/Word®.
- Excellent organizational skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Handle order fulfillment from inquiry/order through receipt of payment to the client Domestic CSR must demonstrate proficiency and is the point person for anything order related.
- Adjust with ease to new conditions and personnel because they must be able to change groups and cover new desks as the business demands.
- Exhibit the competence and maturity to encourage confidence from Customers, Businesses, Distributors and Subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Having a comfort level working with international customers is a plus.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement, implement change, multi-task.
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills to communicate with other CSRs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Warehouse and Transportation and external customers.
- Possess strong computer skills, flexibility, works well independently as well as a strong team player, quick learner.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills to provide accurate follow-up, understand inventory management, ability to understand and promote the strategic business direction to their assigned customers.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prefers a working knowledge of SAP-R3 but will consider other business experience at comparable companies.
