Customer Service Representative III Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Bridgewater, NJ

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5) - six (6) years work experience
- Proficient in SAP navigation & logic
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-starter with ability to work in team environment and foster cross-functional collaboration

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This position reports to the Manager, Data Integrity, Systems and Reporting.

Ensure the timely communication and compliant and accurate entry of the following information into SAP:

- Creation of and changes to Customer Master Data (address, payment terms, State Licenses, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificates, creation/change to invoice, credit output, etc.
- Perform SOX peer review when required
- Answer preliminary questions and provide appropriate information
- Maintain highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate role-specific competencies on a consistent basis
- Display flexibility and willingness to assist customer
- Various administrative duties are also required
- Demonstrate corporate commitment on a consistent basis

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
