THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience
- Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Associates Degree
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Point of contact regarding questions from outside staff into the facility.
- Manage and report daily production metrics (ie sales, overdue and on time delivery)
- Assist in maintaining and developing schedule for manufacturing based on firm customer orders.
- Assist Master Scheduler of plant with expedite request, customer inquiries and scheduling duties
- Comply with all EHS policies and Assure that work meets expected quality standards.
- Understand CTQ's (Critical-to-Quality)
- Assist in maintaining and developing schedule for manufacturing plant based on firm customer orders.
- Communicate order status to sales team.
- Interface with business sales team to maintain customer order priorities
- Manage and report daily production metrics (ie sales, backlog, overdues, on time delivery)
- Communicate and resolve (where possible) disparities to process
- Perform other general duties as assigned by supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Solid email, written and verbal skills.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or Customer service.
- Must possess at least Associate Degree.
- Proficiency with excel and other applications.
