Customer Service Representative - Admin Job

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in KNOXVILLE, TN

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experienced in transportation, order processing, or customer service
- Good attention to details
- High level of administrative or operational skills
- Proficient with SAP

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Schedule delivery appointments with customers, vendors, and mills meeting their requirements and supporting the shipment planning process.
- Accurate and timely entry of delivery appointments into the appropriate system, accompanied by identification and communication of exceptions to requested arrival.
- Create shipments that are complete and accurate in time to meet daily loading/unloading schedules.
- Assists Analyst in administrative assignments as required to achieve maximum team efficiency

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school education and advanced education or experience in transportation, order processing, or customer service.
- 4-6 years of office experience including a high level of administrative or operational skills
- Several years of experience supporting management is typically required, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

BONUS POINTS!

- 2 years of experience in Transportation organization is preferred to acquire the systems and process knowledge to perform at the Transportation Operations Technician level.
