Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be based in Bracknell on an initial 12 month contract.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for qualifying leads, dealing with presales requests regarding product availability, delivery times and delivery quotes.
Management of customer orders from receipt to delivery to customer, checking order details, entering on to systems and keeping customer updated on progress.
Liaise with accounts teams regarding customer's credit status and issuing invoices and credit notes.
Create and set up new accounts.
Deal with all post sales queries relating to order fulfilment and product returns.
Raising customer complaints and working with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved
Skills, experience and key capabilities:
Previous experience gained within a Customer Service or sales environment is preferred
Excellent telephone manner, communication and administrative skills essential
German as second language would be a real advantage
Must come from a Customer Service background - order placing, creating price quotes, entering stock codes etc
