My client is looking for Customer Service Representative to join their call centre support team based in Ipswich. With responsibility handling the inbound sales and service calls for one of our corporate partners, you'll also be updating customer's details on their cutting edge system and providing excellent customer service to all of their customers. In addition, you'll work to individual and team targets in a highly motivated and innovative environment. In return, you can expect full product training and support with an ambitious business, committed to the ongoing development of its people.
With a background in customer service you'll have existing experience in problem solving and finding solutions for customers, and providing high levels of customer service at all times.
Working on a shift pattern between the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and Sunday 10am to 2pm. The position will start from 3rd February 2014. Candidates will need to hold a minimum qualification of C grade in Maths and English at GCSE level. As this role is working with a Financial Services company you will need to successfully pass a credit check.
