Seeking a Customer Service Representative with previous experience in the field. Insurance (healthcare) experience is a major plus.
The successful candidate will be able to display empathy and communicate clearly with customers who have questions regarding mail-order prescriptions and prescription benefits coverage.
This position is phone-based, and the successful candidate should expect to be on the phone for the majority of the work day taking in-bound calls from customers and members.
