Customer Service Representative required for a leading Medical Solutions company based in Amersham to provide outstanding after sales care and customer service to our customers and all stakeholders ensuring compliance with company policies, compliance and Service level Agreements.

The Customer Service Representative will be required to provide an excellent after care service, receive orders from customers and manage them in line with company policy and systems; following through to shipment, liaise with other departments to resolve escalations, establish close relationships and build rapport with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust, respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner, develop solid product knowledge and a strong understanding of the Supply Chain, work as part of a team with a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service, provide knowledge and accurate information to customers and raise quotations for customers and distributors as requested and in line with Company Policy.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in customer service, have experience with taking incoming calls and resolving customer queries in relation to sales and deliveries, have outstanding communication skills both written and oral, have strong IT skills, have the ability to manage self and tasks in a proactive manner, have excellent organizational and administrative skills, have attention to detail, have a calm and analytical approach to problem solving and a willingness to work as part of a team, and drive/progress individual projects.
