Customer Service Representative

About the job:
We are looking for an experience Customer Service Representative who has hands on experience dealing with customers and tracking inventory. The ideal candidate will have experience working with mobile devices and be able to resolve minor issues in regards to mobile devises. This is a 3 Year contract opportunity.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

- Maintain small inventory for escalated immediate assignment of equipment for emergencies
- Troubleshoot any order issues and respond appropriately (order delays, backorders, address issues, FedEx issues, etc.
- Issue number transfer requests (new numbers.) Assist Telecom team with warranty exchanges. Assist end users with returns under 30 days through Premier
- Make decisions when to escalate issues to maintain customer satisfaction when problems arise

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years of experience in a Helpdesk role
- Should have ability to make decisions to resolve minor customer problems without getting approval from direct manager for every situation
- MUST have experience working with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organization and planning, work ethic, client facing and interpersonal skills.

Will be times where this person will need to translate technical terms into non-technical language. This individual will be a part of a team, but in some circumstances will be required to work independently. Our client is a Global Fortune 200 company.

START DATE: 11-26-12

END DATE: 11-26-15

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

HOURS: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

PAY RATE: $14-17/hr

It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record
