Our client is a leading financial services institution and they are currently looking for a few customer service representatives to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. The roles are to be based in their state of the art Sydney Olympic Park offices!

These roles will be working on a rotating shift between 8am-9pm Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) and some weekend work may be required from time-to-time. There are two roles providing in-bound customer service to their customers and one outbound customer service role available as well.

What you will need to successfully obtain this role:

- previous experience working within a call centre environment
- excellent track record in providing customer service (in-bound) in a phone based environment
- proven ability to meet and exceed targeted KPI's
- excellent communication and presentation skills
