Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Currently Monday-Friday 9:00AM and 7:00PM, AND SATURDAYS 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, 215
JOB DESCRIPTION and other Details:
- Candidates will be responsible for reaching out to doctors to verify insurance information and obtain patient information.
- Email/Phone/Fax correspondence as needed. Hours for training class 9 to 5:30; schedule after training will vary;
- Candidates should have 2-3 years of prior call center/customer support experience.
- Candidates with prior medical/healthcare experience will be given priority.
- Interview Process: Initial phone screen, CSR assessment test and then an invitation to go to open house for an in-person interview.
