Manages all aspects of 24/7 customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.

- Provide High quality, positive customer interaction through phone in a call center environment.
- Contributes to the success of the organization by active participation in customer service/employee relations programs and strives to maintain positive working relationship

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Call Center Experience is a MUST.
- Ability to learn about a variety of products.
- Also may require research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
- Ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills as well as a good analytical ability.
- Ability to sign up potential new customers and promote appliance repair plan and HVAC sales area.
- Ability to handle high volume of inbound service order calls.
- Ability to sell water heaters/provide information to potential customers.
- Assist with customer issues/complaints if needed
- Experience with MS Office helpful.
